Book an Appointment

We offer an online booking facility, simply choose the treatment you wish to book in Step 1. The available dates and times will be shown will be selectable in Step 2. Then just add your details, pay and confirm. You’ll receive an email confirmation, and then a reminder email the day before your treatment. We look forward to meeting and treating you. By booking this appointment you agree to our cancellation policy.

You can add appointments to your ical/outlook or google calendars with the links provided. If you create an account you can log back in and review your appointments at any time.

Please note - if you select ‘Any Available’ for your therapist, the treatment may be provided by our female or male therapists.

Select ‘Pay Now’ to checkout with your credit or debit card (payments are securely handled by Stripe) or choose ‘Pay with Paypal’ to use your Paypal account.

Please note, cancellations made 48 hours or less before your booking cannot be refunded. Cancellations must be emailed to cancel@chakratherapyrooms.com please.

By making your appointment, you are consenting that we can email you about your appointment and in future about changes to our service and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share or sell your data.

You’re welcome to call or email us to discuss changes to your appointment time, day or therapist before that 48 hour cut-off, however we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible, as we book up fast across the whole team.
